How to make a simple DIY workbench using two pallets.

  Workbenches aren't as simple as they would appear to be. But if you have a simple need for one, and you don't want to spend a lot of effort building one, then this how to is just for you. (and me in this case)

 
This is a workbench that I built myself. The construction is very simple, which makes it also rather compact.
  You will need two pallets, nails or screws, and 9 small planks with the width of about 10cm and the length as much as you desire your workbenches width to be.

This is the kind of pallet I used, it is a standard EUR pallet.

  The idea is quite simple. You use those 9 planks and nail or screw them as shown with blue lines in the pictures above. 
  In the end you will have a workbench with two storage shelves for planks and other wood projects.

           Don't judge a book by its cover. That's true, but still, you can change the cover to better match the contents inside. There is no one way to style your cover, but here are some of the ideas.     Vinyl wallpaper has a bonus that makes it easy to work with. Because of its relative softness in comparison to paper, when gluing to a cover, it wrinkles much less. This way you can use the various designs found at the shops or create a new design by turning it over and using the blank side. The end result gives you a soft textured feel and look.
